When we talk on the phone or meet in person, there is a reason why I ask you what your plan is. Being prepared and having a plan goes hand in hand. As a buyer, you’re super excited to be looking at the house, seeing where your furniture is going to go, what colors you’re going to paint the walls etc etc. As an agent, I’m looking all over trying to see things that could be a potential change in your plan. Whether it’s a potential problem or not going to be in your budget, you always have to be on the lookout. Knowing what your budget is, could also come into play. For instance, if you’re considering bringing the washer and dryer upstairs instead of it being in basement, where are you going to put it? Is there room? Does it make sense to put it there? No worries though, pointing this stuff out just brings them to front of your mind. A plan is not set in stone and can be adjusted.
