Want to know how to sell the penthouse suite?🤔 When selling the most expensive real estate, it’s important to remember that everything you’ve learned about how to sell may not cut it. Selling apartments is something I pride myself in excelling at, so it’s important to remember not all sales are the same. But they are the same. If you don’t believe in your product, I personally believe that you must stay out of the kitchen. There is truly no room. Many people are trusting that you can run laps to make this sell. I mean, you’re qualified for it 🤷🏽♂️ Objections may run a bit more heavy here; However, if you’re following me, you remember the hardest part about anything is the part you don’t know. Why can’t you answer if the studs in the home are wood or metal? You don’t know. At this level, your client may want to test to see how equipped you are with your knowledge of the community. This may come across as a challenge. But why? Shouldn’t we already know this? Don’t take offense to this. Use this as your stage to overcome and present a quality vision to win this prospect over. It’s never personal. We are professionals in getting people housed. Don’t deviate from the task because of the price. Are you living here? No. So why should you care the price? No matter the price point, our presentation of the community must always vary depending on the individual needs that need to be met. Remember, the hardest part of anything is the part you don’t know.
