The tenant(s) will have to submit to a credit investigation and a background check (including references from former landlords) with Oligny and Thibodeau, and must submit a
proof of financial capacity (proof of employment, or other) with references, to the satisfaction of landlords.
The tenant(s) must submit proof of home insurance with civil liability of $2 million for the duration of the lease before occupation of the premises as well as proof of change of
account with Hydro-Québec.
It is strictly forbidden to rent the apartment short term (Airbnb and other) and no subletting without the approval of landlords. Smoking is strictly prohibited (including
cannabis), to cultivate cannabis in the apartment.
The tenant(s) must respect the building regulations and any contravention of the syndicate will be the sole responsibility of the tenant.
Landlords will accept a dog or cat with a deposit of $500. The tenant must respect the premises and must return the condo in the condition it was received apart from normal wear and tear.
Any damage to the apartment by the tenant or his pet will be the sol responsibility of the tenant and any damage will be deducted from the deposit, after verification of the
premises at the end of the lease.
