Lessee's (Tenant) Responsibilities

liability 2 days after an accepted promise to lease and the Lessee must maintain the insurance
policy throughout the life of the lease.

- No smoking cigarettes or anything else such as marijuana .. etc
- It is strictly forbidden to grow or cultivate marijuana
- No pets (unless otherwise consented to by the Lessor)
- No changing of the locks without written consent from the Landlord

- Tenant must keep the premises clean and in good condition
